I have recently had 2 houses inspected by Scott and i have found him to be very flexible and quick to get the job done , also i have been very pleased with the detail that goes into his reports along with the glossy photos he takes to explain matters in his report. I have also refered Scott  to 2 friends and all have been pleased with his price and his efforts, being a tradesman myself , sparky, i can fully recommend him for the job.
